We support an open culture in which employees are required to report misconduct or ethical violations but realize that fear of reprisals can make people hesitant to speak up. This is why we fully support policies to prevent retaliation against any team member reporting an issue. We believe this is key to deterring and preventing misconduct and provides team members with the appropriate confidence that action is taken. 

Complaints can be made by email, phone, or in-person. The email based and telephone channels are received via a neutral 3rd party. The 3rd party investigates all complaints, and escalates any substantiated cases of misconduct to Mick for appropriate action.
